The flooring samples we selected...
Anza 7" / Cut Sample
The flooring samples we selected were Anza and Balboa. Both have a hardwood look,feel and texture. The construction of the flooring has a thick wear layer and supported by wood layers. We are confident that the flooring would outlast other types of flooring given that we have used similar flooring in the past.

This was a great way...
Anza 7" / Cut Sample
This was a great way to see the quality of the product while not committing to a whole piece/box. Shipping was super fast and super simple. I am impressed by the Silvan line after looking into the Modin line. I tested both side by side by rubbing keys and setting furniture on top and in my non scientific testing they both held up exactly the same!

I’ve installed a number of different flooring types and brands, from LVP to engineered hardwood. I can vouch that the Silvan Anna 7” is a high quality flooring that is the easiest to install. The final product is breathtakingly beautiful. We are extremely satisfied with this material and look forward to many years of usage. Highly recommended
