The first step is providing details about your installation and paying the non-refundable $250 reservation. 100% of this reservation will be applied to your installation cost. It covers both your virtual consultation and the in-home visit for measurement.

A final quote will be provided after the assessment. You’ll get a call from our installation services team within one business day of making your reservation. Our team will discuss your installation needs and further refine your project.

The installer on site will keep you informed of any necessary services for a successful installation. Pricing is fully finalized at the completion of the installation.

If there is anything special or unusual about your installation, be sure to mention it when discussing your online estimate with a member of our team. Many special circumstances or conditions may not be visible until the installation is underway. Our expert team will be able to address any concerns or questions over the phone consultation or on site.

Immediately after checkout, you’ll receive an email with a copy of the Installation Preparation Checklist, Terms & Conditions to review, and a copy of your paid reservation receipt.

Within 1 business day of checking out, you’ll receive a call from a member of our installation services team to discuss your project and schedule an in-home visit for measurement.

Separate from the individual product warranties, the Worry-Free Installation warranty covers 1 year, with the option to add on extended warranties up to 4 years.

Once you've paid your $250 reservation, a member of our installation services team will give you a call within one business day to review your project and schedule an in-home measurement.
