Behind the scenes of this new program is our VP of Installations, Mark Blain, a flooring expert with over 30 years of industry experience.
Mark grew up in the industry with his family-owned retail flooring store, and when old enough, earned a summer job with a commercial installer. He spent 20 years in commercial flooring (hospitality, healthcare, multifamily, and more), before shifting to residential hard surface installations for the last decade.
“No two installations are the same,” says Mark. “That’s why our process is personal. We take pride in guiding customers through the installation process, offering tailored solutions and recommendations based on style preferences, functionality, and budget.”
