We've eliminated the guesswork behind calculating the cost of shipping. Our standard shipping options are simple: free shipping for all trim and sample orders, and $199 flat-rate curbside freight shipping. Depending on your carrier, your delivery will either be Contactless or By Appointment.
How it works
Flooret works with a variety of carriers to successfully deliver your floors.Currently, the only carrier that offers Contactless Delivery is R&L Carriers. This means you will not be required to be present or give a signature at delivery time. The driver will drop your order off curbside and snap a photo to send to Flooret as confirmation your floors have arrived.
Once you place your order and your floors are ready to ship, our team will assign you the best carrier based on your location and the size of your order. Depending on the carrier you're assigned, your delivery will either be Contactless or By Appointment.
You will receive a phone call when the floors arrive to their terminal, and they typically aim to schedule deliveries within the week. You can ask for a window that best fits your scheduling needs.

Nationwide Flat-Rate Curbside Shipping
We like to keep things simple. Our Premium Curbside Shipping Service follows this motto to a tee with $199 flat-rate shipping nationwide (excluding Alaska and Hawaii, see below) on all freight orders. Shipments will arrive in 4 to 12 business days. Online tracking and curbside delivery included.
Orders of 3 boxes or fewer are shipped FedEx Parcel, rather than Freight. Orders of this size are delivered to your front door and do not require a signature.
Samples Ship Free
All cut and full-size samples are shipped for free. Now you can view the design, feel the texture and test the durability of the floors you are most interested in without burdening yourself with something silly like the cost of shipping.
Alaska + Hawaii
Need your floors shipped outside the lower 48? Our $199 flat-rate shipping rate will get your floors to any freight forwarder in the lower 48 (most Alaska forwarders are based around Seattle/Tacoma, and Hawaii forwarders are most common around Long Beach/Los Angeles). We offer flat-rate freight shipping on all full orders for just $199 (excluding Alaska & Hawaii).
Samples and trim ship for free.
No. We currently only offer curbside freight delivery services, meaning your order will be dropped off at the curb in front of your home.
Once your order is placed, our team will determine the best carrier for your location and package your order for delivery.
The freight carrier will pick up your order, generate your tracking number, and get your floors on the way to you.
For By Appointment freight delivery, expect a phone call from the carrier to schedule a drop-off window. For Contactless freight delivery, your flooring will be delivered curbside as soon as possible.
